We’re looking for artists, crafters, businesses, organizations, and food vendors to be part of this exciting event, where families and friends gather for an evening of live entertainment, delicious food, and community fun. Event Date: July 19, 2025

 

Vendor Market Time: 11:00am to 6:00pm (Set-up 7:00am to 10:30am)

Food Vendors are asked to remain until dusk due to evening activities. All vendors may stay past 6:00pm if they choose.

Event Location: East Bethel Booster Park West - 22266 Palisade Street NE, East Bethel, MN 55011

 

Vendor Fees

10'x10' Booth Space: $25.00

10'x20' Booth Space: $50.00

Food Trucks/Food Vendors: $85.00

Extra fee (if you do not carry liability insurance): $20.00

Non-Profits and other community organizations: You may qualify for your fee to be waived. Our event coordinator will reach out to you upon submission and receipt of your application.

 

Vendor Rules & Information

  • All applicants will be selected by the East Bethel Booster Days committee.

  • Direct sales companies will be on a first come, first serve basis. (i.e. The first Avon representative will get that spot)

  • The application and waiver must be signed to be considered for acceptance to the festival.

  • Upon acceptance to the event, you will receive an invoice via email The vendor fee can be paid via a mailed check or using a credit card online. There will be no refund of vendor fees as this is a fundraiser for the operation on the East Bethel Booster Days event. Exceptions may be made to refund rules at the discretion of the East Bethel Booster Days committee.

  • Standard vendor space is 10’x10’, a limited amount of larger spaces may be available for an extra fee.

  • This is an outdoor event. The East Bethel Booster Day committee does not provide any electricity, tents, tables or chairs.

  • Booths should have neat, tasteful and appropriate displays that appeal to all ages.

  • We do not allow any products/booths that could be deemed pornographic or otherwise offensive, racist, sexist, ageist, etc. or products that could in any way be used as a weapon, offensively or defensively. This includes drug related imagery or paraphernalia.

  • The Artisan Market Coordinator and/or the EBBD Coordinator have the discretion to immediately remove any item they find objectionable.

  • A Certificate of Liability Insurance listing the following as ADDITIONAL INSURED: East Bethel Booster Days, Inc. and the City of East Bethel. 2241 221st Ave NE East Bethel, MN 55011. If you are unable to obtain your own certificate of liability insurance, please indicate that you would like to be included in our event coverage. If you do not provide coverage there is an additional $20 fee.
